This policy explains how LivoFitness ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you visit this website or book a session. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• Booking details: your name, mobile number, and the fitness goal you chose (if any).
• Device and visit details: when you book, we also record your device type (mobile, tablet or computer), phone model where your browser shares it, operating system, browser, screen size, and how you found us (for example Instagram or Google). We use this only to improve our website and understand which channels help people find us.
• Coaching details: information you choose to share with your coach, such as injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy, so sessions can be adapted safely.
• Website usage: if analytics are enabled, basic data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location, collected through cookies from Google Analytics and Meta.

We do not collect payment card details on this website.

Why we use it

• To contact you about your free trial and schedule sessions.
• To match you with a suitable coach and plan safe, personal sessions.
• To send reminders and updates about your coaching.
• To understand how visitors use this website and improve it.

We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit the booking form. We will not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with your assigned coach and with service providers who help us run LivoFitness, such as Google (form storage and analytics), Meta (WhatsApp and advertising measurement), and our email provider. These providers may store data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiries for up to [12 months] if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for as long as you train with us and for up to [3 years] afterwards, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@livofitness.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before you withdrew it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
