These terms apply when you use this website or book coaching with LivoFitness, operated by [Registered business name], [registered address]. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Our services

LivoFitness provides personal yoga and fitness coaching, online and in person, through certified coaches. Session formats, locations, and availability depend on your coach and are confirmed before your first session.

Health and safety

Coaching is not medical care. It does not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a doctor or physiotherapist. Before starting, please check with your doctor, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or have recently had surgery.

You agree to tell your coach about any health issue that could affect your training, and to stop and tell your coach if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a session. You take part at your own risk, within the limits allowed by law.

Free trial

New clients may book one free trial session of about 45 minutes. There is no obligation to continue after the trial. We may limit the free trial to one per person.

Bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations

Please give at least [24 hours'] notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may count as used. Your coach will confirm the exact policy for your plan during onboarding.

Payments and refunds

Online sessions

For online sessions, you are responsible for a stable internet connection and a safe, clear space to move. Sessions are not recorded unless you and your coach agree to it.
